A.I.M.S. ADJUSTERS SDN BHD, offers a comprehensive range of service to Insurers, Underwriters and Multi-national and Corporate Clients, which includes handling of property claims, construction all risks, business interruption claims, financial risks, marine cargo claims, catastrophe losses, valuations, fraud and arson investigations.
We have considerable expertise in accident-related losses including commercial and domestic theft, armed robbery and hijacks as well as ‘All Risks’ losses, Fidelity Guarantee claims, Money-in-Transit and Marine losses.
We also receive instructions on various types of liability work including public, products and employer liability claims. Our staffs are familiar with the local legislation applicable to personal accident policies ad Workmen Compensation claims.
Loss adjusters, unlike Insurers, do not have any exposure to meet claims but rather act in a professional capacity similar to that of a firm of Accountants, Solicitors or Surveyors. Income is earned based upon fees charged primarily to Insurance Companies plus expenses incurred in investigation and settlement of claims.
SPECIAL INVESTIGATION UNIT SURVEILLANCE SPECIALISTS
A.I.M.S Special Investigation Unit performs under a separate investigation license handles a full menu of surveillance service for our clients and are prepared to handle even the most difficult surveillance investigations as provided for by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Our Executive Director, who is an ex-serviceman with a military background in the intelligence division, heads this unit.
Our operatives are equipped with 35 mm cameras with zoom lens and camcorders to assist in surveillances. In addition, mobile phones are extensively employed.
We are prepared to investigate complex surveillance cases, insurance fraud, and activity checks.
